Snake Found in Crawl Space During Charlotte Home Inspection

October 26th, 2010 · No Comments

A home inspector from Home Inspection Carolina was recently inspecting a crawl space on a home off Sandy Porter Road in Charlotte NC when he came across a snake. The home inspector said that thing about them beiing more afraid of you than you are of them was a lie and also went on to say that he wasn’t a drinking man but after this inspection believed he would have a drink.  “It wasn’t a copperhead because it was too long and skinny but I gave him his space anyway.  To keep your crawl space free of snakes make sure you don’t have any mice or rats.  Also make sure that you have screens on all the vents and that the crawl door is cloosed and sealed shut.  This way you avoid giving yourself or the home inspector a heart attack.
