Charlotte NC Home Inspector Finds Active Termites

July 3rd, 2011 · No Comments

Recently the Charlotte home inspector Preston Sandlin was inspecting a home on the West side ogf Charlotte NC when he found a rather large colony of termites.  This was a mature colony because of all the places the termites were and the extent of the damage.  There were many large termite tubes as well as suspended termite tubes on the floor joists like you see in the picture.  We recommend getting a termite inspection on your house yearly so they don’t get this bad.
