The Charlotte Home Inspector Reveals Hidden Termite Damage

Charlotte Home Inspector Preston Sandlin was inspecting a home in Waxhaw NC when he noticed some warped wood.  This warped wood was unusual because damage that looks like this is usually caused by moisture that is exposed to the weathers.  Well this damage was found up on the porch away from where moisture could get to it.  What’s causing it?
