Charlotte Home Inspector Finds Missing Facia Board

Charlotte home inspector Preston Sandlin of Home Inspection Carolina recently inspected a home in Belmont NC when he noticed some missing facia.  This missing facia exposes raw wood to weather conditions.  Boxing on the facia and soffit should be secured properly to keep high winds from blowing it off exposing the raw wood to weather conditions.
